Unlike some other agents, we have an incentive driven fee scale rather than a flat fee, which is based on the final rent amount. We make a small charge for the initial appraisal. Once instructed to proceed, our fees can be based on a percentage of the increase or decrease we are able to negotiate. For instance, if acting for a tenant we appraised the rent at £15,000 but the landlord is asking £20,000, then our fees will be based as a percentage of the reduction we achieve.
