Satchells Complaints Procedure: We appreciate that dealing with property can be frustrating and complex, and at times things may not go smoothly, and things can go wrong. Whilst we try to do our best to minimize these, we understand at times you may feel that your expectations may not have been met and you feel the need to make a complaint.
