Complaints procedure

We appreciate that dealing with property can be frustrating and complex, and at times things do not go smoothly, people’s expectations are not met, and things can go wrong. We do our best to minimize these. However, if you feel the need to make a complaint, we ask in the first instance that you communicate directly with the manager of office/department for which your complaint relates to. They will provide you with a copy of our complaints policy if required.
