Weekend sales negotiators

Weekend sales negotiators required to work alternate weekends at various offices across our Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire office. Satchells Estate Agents require someone to join their Professional and Commercial property department. You should have a proven track record working within all aspects of the commercial property industry. You must show an understanding of the leasehold reform act and landlord and tenant act. You will also be involved with blocks of flats management and providing formal appraisals on commercial and residential property for tax and other purposes. Your duties will include supporting and driving continued expansion and development of the department. Valuing, listing and arranging sales and lets on commercial property. Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews. Competitive salary package dependent upon experience. Must have own car and full driving licence.
