When you book a Face to Face valuation our valuers will visit your property and guide you through the process of selling or letting your property and our range of services.

They will provide guidance on the potential values and explain marketing strategies to maximize exposure and results within your time frames.

They will also advise what, if anything you should do to your property before you decide to sell or let.

In addition they will explain our role through the conveyancing process for a sale or management process of a tenancy along with being able to provide access to essential service such as solicitors, financial advisors and surveyors, architects and builders should any be required.
