Pre-sales valuations/market appraisals are usually free of charge and will suggest the most appropriate asking price and likely selling price. We can also suggest things which may improve the presentation of your property and any cost effective improvements or changes that you may be able to make to realise the best price and a quick sale.
We can also tell you about our effective marketing methods. Prominent office locations, effective sales staff and high impact full colour sales particulars are only part of our strategy. In addition to our active mailing list with 'hot buyers', we advertise extensively in Local and Regional News Papers and Glossy Magazines. We also list properties on all major web portals including market leaders Rightmove.
We normally charge for Asset Valuations, e.g. for taxation or probate purposes, or for separations involving the division or transfer of properties. For these a specific valuation letter will be provided. However, these fees are normally refuned if we subsequently sell the property.
