Home Information Packs (HIPs) became law in 2007, in order to provide more pre-purchase information to buyers and to raise and record the energy efficiency of property in the UK. If you are selling or letting any residential or commercial property you will require some or all of the HIPs’ pack elements.

Satchells have various HIP pack providers with whom we work closely and who we believe offer a good comprehensive service at a competitive fee.
