Energy Performance Certificate
Current legislation requires all vendors and landlords to have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) if selling or letting residential or commercial properties.If you require an EPC Satchells would be pleased to arrange for our EPC provider whom we work closely with to visit your property and create a valid certificate for you. Please contact your nearest office to make the arrangements.
In some circumstances there are exclusions from being required to provide an EPC, if you think that you may fall into this category please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to ascertain if you do require one.
