If you are a landowner you could be in a position to reap the rewards from property developing. Do you own a site or land that you think may have some development potential? We can advise you on whether to first get planning permission or sell without. Many of the developers we deal with will buy unconditionally or subject to option agreements under which they carry all of the planning costs.
