We also keep a record of people interested in working for us so that we can contact you when suitable vacancy occurs. Most frequently these are for weekend sales staff, part time sales and administration staff, and full time negotiators. Experience in estate agency is not always necessary because we provide training, but we generally look for a confident outgoing personality who is likes dealing with people and enjoys a competitive sales team environment.
