We also keep a record of people interested in working for us so that we can contact you when a suitable vacancy occurs. Most frequently these are for weekend sales staff, part-time sales and administration staff, and full-time negotiators. Experience in estate agency is not always necessary because we provide training, but we generally look for a confident outgoing person who likes dealing with people and enjoys a competitive sales team environment.
