We act for private and institutional landlords, offering a wide range of properties from studio flats to large detached houses. To provide effective coverage all our prominently located offices offer a full list of available properties, together with initial valuation and marketing advice. Our aim is a service tailored to each client from tenant finding only, through to full property management.

Professional and Commercial Services

This department covers an extensive range of services. It deals with all commercial properties, land and site development enquiries, and more complex valuations and Leasehold Reform Act matters. Its aim is to provide a comprehensive range of professional services that most estate agents cannot deal with. Initial advice can be sort from any of our offices.

Financial Services

We make sure our clients get this by associating ourselves with Independent Mortgage Solutions (IMS). IMS are independent financial advisors and operate from the first floor of our Letchworth office.
