Alan is a Partner of Satchells and is the third generation in the family to be selling property in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. He has an extensive knowledge of the local markets with expertise in property redevelopment and the sale of land with or without planning permission. Alan started his sales career at Satchells in 1990, returning after a very successful career as a Key Account Manager for ABB Kent Taylor dealing with Multi Million Pound worldwide engineering contracts in the water industry. Alan left ABB to realise his ambition, to become a partner in the family business and to become a director of Satchells Overseas Ltd. He is a very motivated professionally trained salesman, enjoys playing Rugby for Biggleswade and is training to be a Cub Scout Leader.
Glynnis Tilbrook is the Manager of the property management team in Baldock
covering Letchworth Baldock Ashwell Stotfold Arlesey and the surrounding
villages. She has worked in the Department for 11 years and in that time the
department has grown and has become one of the leading letting agencies in the in the area and kept abreast of all new legislation.
